Things were good, at first. However, after a few months, the quality of customer service dropped off tremendously. Oftentimes, I have had calls not returned, incompetent representatives who could provide no real answers, guidance or solutions to issues that came up with drivers in possession of my car.
The worst aspect of doing business with this company is the quality of many of its' drivers. 90% of the drivers who have rented my car returns it smelling profusely of weed smoke. The last driver totally trashed my car, left stains in the seats, carpets, mounds of debris under the seat and in the trunk, cigar tobacco piles, chicken bones and food everywhere. It cost me $110 to restore the vehicle to clean. Hyrecar insurance provides that the driver is responsible for no more than $50 of the cleaning bill. Not to mention I just bought the vehicle in July 2020 with a great set of tires. In December 2020, this same driver who totally trashed the vehicle after having rented it for two weeks , also ran over a pothole, flattening and causing damage to the tire. Needless to say, the Hyrecar staff aren't being supportive of my claims. Owners beware.

Great service and fast response! My only complaint would be the condition of the vehicle(cosmetically) which I can honestly say was overruled by the amazing service.
I am very satisfied with the car and price that was given to me. When I had some issues at the box getting my keys Maria Perez stayed on the phone with me and helped me step by step and also helped me upload the pictures and everything. That was the best Customer Service I've ever had. Thank you again for your services .
Got 1 response a day later from car owner. It was easier renting from car rental with less hassle and you get to speak to actual people. There is too many fake accounts on here.
HyreCare, itself is a good company, but some of the Owners of the cars, that is another story. A lot of times the cars do not look the same as the pictures. The cars have been damaged or don't run properly. I've had two rentals, so far, and both didn't work properly. The third I am trying to rent, the owner, has not checked messages and not responded to messages sent. It has come to past the first day I wanted to rent the vehicle and no word has been sent. These vehicles are supposed to be work related vehicles, but so far, can't provide services with a vehicle that doesn't run properly or even start.

I was having a very difficult time reaching someone in the billing department to assist me with processing a refund. I had spoken to over 10 different CSRs over the course of a week and a half with no one "able" to assist me. Finally, there was Sofia O. in billing who was able to assist me and did so in less than 10 mins. She was awesome. Very grateful for her help and extraordinary customer service.
Regina was absolutely awesome very patient very understanding and she did a great job she resolved my issue she deserves the rate I'm sorry raise
